By accessing or using the services provided by Kunming EJUN Automation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "EJUN Auto", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

EJUN Auto provides computer systems design, computer integrated systems design, and related professional, scientific, and technical services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Computer systems design and consulting
• System integration services
• Automation solutions
• Software development
• Technical consulting and support

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

4. Intellectual Property

5. Payment Terms

For paid services, the following terms apply:

• Prices are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EJUN Auto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through our services

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EJUN Auto and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of our services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kunming, Yunnan Province, China.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
